One hit kills for hunters!
With all the talk around giving the hunters class ability to the titans with twilight garrison coming back, it’s time for a one hit kill ability for the hunter class. One being the explosive throwing knife because it makes the most logical sense to one hit. (Explosive flaming knife that explodes once imbedded in someone’s head) and second, the slide melee on arc strider since it takes the same amount of time to use as a shoulder charge. If all the classes get to steal the hunters ability to dodge it’s time for the hunters to steal the ability to one hit kill. Also blink would be nice to have back as well.

3 RespostasNo, you have ridiculous mobility to make up for the lack of a OHK melee. The whole point of the classes is you have to give up something to gain something else. If you want a OHK melee I want hunter mobility/jumps/dodges on my Warlock.

Honestly, go play momentum and use throwing knives, you'll quickly see why they don't want them to OHK

I think Hunters should get "Goomba-Stomp" as a one-shot-kill. Any opponent silly enough to let his head be used as a spring board deserves it ;p

12 RespostasWord of advice, don’t say “Hunters” and anything related to a buff in the same sentence. Round these forums Hunters are the most overpowered things to ever exist and the best part is half of the people can’t even tell you how.

2 RespostasAs a hunter main: The slide melee on arc tree should ohk, I agree. Specially with the artifact mod for more arc melee damage - we should also get back ohk trip mines based on the opponents resilience of course - That was the dumbest nerf in D1 and they are basically a useless grenade in d2. Also let us stick people with trip mines. Idk about in d2 cause they have been pointless to use, but it was so hard to stick someone with a trip mine in D1 that when you did and got the kill it was very rewarding, then they nerfed that and you could no longer stick other guardians ☹️ I disagree on throwing knife being a ohk because it’s way to easy to hit with and you can build your character to have unlimited throwing knifes practically. Also I don’t feel like night stalker needs a OHK ability in any of their trees because they are already pretty stacked with invis smoke and decent grenades Also, maybe edit your post to start out by highlighting other classes OP builds and abilities before requesting some much needed hunter love

14 Respostas....what? Hunter dodge is the only effective dodge ability in both destiny 1 and 2. Warlocks get a six second cooldown of an in air nudge that provides no benefit. Hunters do not need an OHK ability, no class does. Hunters are already good enough as they are; do not let the cheapness of low skill players convince you otherwise. [spoiler]but it isn’t ramen tho..[/spoiler]
