Disconnection leading to temprary suspension

As the tittle says , i encouter many disconnection problem when i load to gambit or crucible ( way more for gambit) that lead me to being temporary suspended for 30mins. It is very annoying as i don't even get the chance of doing anything and just arbitrary given a suspension ( i don't even get in the game match , i'm still charging and it keeps booting me out) . If there is any way to fix that i would be glad to see it as i don't seem to find anything close to my case un the forums. Thanks in advance.

Thanks in advance.[/quote] -_- In-Game Gambit/Competitive Crucible SUSPENSIONS are only 30-60mins and placed AUTOMATICALLY if you leave too many games in a short time span for ANY reason. Whether it be a ddos, error code or power outage. The message usually says: "TIME OUT! You left a ______ match before it was complete…." To enable those people to help you troubleshoot could you provide information to the questions below If you could give the answers to the questions below and do a test at the link provided and list the results. [url=https://www.speedtest.net/]Here[/url] this will enable people to help you troubleshoot Are you getting errors? How many gaming platforms use your router? How many people are using your connection? Are you using a wired or wireless connection?
