While I agree oem has too many useful perks wrapped in one... I'm not a titan main and I've destroyed and finished my requirements in a couple of matches without the helmet.
Long story short: don't make such broad assumptions.

Obviously you didn't get the joke in this. But let's be honest with eachother. 90% of the time if you see a titan in crucible he's wearing one eyed mask.

Actually I got the joke from the 1st time I saw it in game. However jokes and sarcasm don't translate well in text if you don't go the extra mile. Yeah lol I use it too, it's got tracking, health regen and a damage bump. Bungie made all other exotics irrelevant and Xur sell it with enhanced HC targeting... There's no point in using anything else.
