If you played D1 and went through this? you should know by now that this will always be the norm.
Now I get they can't keep bringing everything forward but there are some things like EP gear/ weapons that shouldn't have been left behind. Bungie spends more time on cosmetics in this game bring them back time and time again especially through Tess, but when it comes to unique gear/weapons they leave behind right after they just created them in a couple of months???
This company needs to learn to use their brain.

No they have a limited amount of money to make the game with now they are self publishing and developing it . so yeah they made a huge mistake with EP since the most sought after weapon is still the EP shotgun even after the nerf to it

What gets me is the game file will now have three copies of the same gear increasing file size.

Editado por Demonienkeli: 7/29/2019 12:31:18 AMThat’s exactly what has been bugging me about how they’re handling the system change, especially with how often they’ve mentioned recently that file size is the main limiting factor on D2’s lifespan. We finally get the re-released year 2 version of the season 1 iron banner armor, just in time for this second version (from a lengthy quest) to yet again be irrelevant. Presumably, they’ll dupe the IB armor again for 2.0 once we’ve worked through the cycle of other old sets and, we’ll reach that 3rd file copy mark you’re suggesting. I wish they’d simply converted our armor to 2.0, but I’ve heard that they have some wonky coding habits so they may have made that too difficult to directly accomplish.

Sorry, can you explain that a little more?

Take the piece of crucible armor in the game u have the year1 version the Armor 1.0 version and soon the 2.0 version. Whether we can get it or not doesn't matter cause the game file still has to load all 3.

Editado por TheShadow-cali: 7/28/2019 4:35:00 PMSo the file size was increased to add other gear but is being used for what we can and have acquired already?
