This is objectively false. Recluse has a better perk than Loaded Question and has near 100% up time, Loaded Question doesn't. Plus it takes primary ammo and can do better in most instances. And no charge. Mountaintop uses special ammo, Wendigo uses heavy AND needs orbs set up/saved up. Plus why use Wendigo when we have Swarm of the Raven and Anarchy? Just shoot Anarchy at something and then use that passive damage WHILE using Mountaintop which does more damage in total because x20 shots with a more constant DPS than Wendigo. Swarm of the Raven with spike grenades and a boss spec plus Tractor cannon out performs Wendigo AND without the Tractor Cannon is still almost just as good. Tell me again they're just as good as Recluse and Mountaintop in PvE which have more combo potential and provide straight up better results. Not saying Wendigo is bad because its a beast but Mountaintop and Recluse with other power weapon options is much stronger. Loaded Question is a waste of your energy slot vs Recluse or an EP shotgun and a few other weapons. If you're doing one primary, once special, one heavy then its a waste of your special slot vs Mountaintop or Threat Level.
