No... they already have dodge, and the fastest walk, strafe, and base jump height in the game. Even more movement options would cause problems.

Ok, I guess that’s true. Mobility is generally much more abundant on hunters than any other class, and they thus strafe and walk faster. Not always, but generally. I’m just scared of hunters having too many movement tools.

Tried it on my Hunter multiple times and I had to land on the small ledge to get up. Including the other Hunter. Couldn't make it. Titan and warlock? No problem. Even overjumped it with Warlock. If I were to get that jump, then I'd need Stomp-ee5's. All classes can walk the same speed. They are made for survivability. But they don't have any advantages in the terms that you listed.

Meaning you just tap x and do a single jump.

Hunters only have their reload class ability...but everyone can press reload and do the same thing.[/quote] While it is true that each class in their most basic form has the same strafe and walk speed, agility is much more common on hunter armor than any other class, and agility boosts strafe and walk speeds. Also, never once did I say they have the highest jump height. They have the highest BASE jump height. (Meaning you just tap x) The dodge keeps you on the move, while quickly reloading your weapon and making you harder to hit. Pressing reload doesn’t allow that.

Eeehm..yes it does. You can press reload and keep moving.

But it doesn’t make you more difficult to hit, and you can’t walk as fast as you can move with the dodge. Plus the reload in the dodge has a fast, fixed time for all weapons, regardless of their reload stat. So even if you’re running a gun with a very slow reload ordinarily, the dodge reloads it instantly. That’s a benefit that holding reload cannot provide.

Equip ophidian aspects. And walking is faster movement than a dodge.

Dodge is very VERY easy to hit. Just keep shooting and you will keep hitting them.
