A good way to nerf Luna's
I was thinking about Luna's Howl, and I had an idea: what if in order to use Luna's, you had to be in Fabled Rank? Alot of people grind comp to get Luna's then never touch comp again. This would be a good way to ensure that it would remain in the hands of people who are better at crucible. At season reset, no one would be able to use it, and everyone would be on an even playing field. Just an idea.

No, that is a terrible idea. A more reasonable nerf would be making Magnificent Howl only apply extra damage to precision shots. That way the gun would still be amazing but only in skilled hands.

4 RespostasIn order to keep using Vanguard weapons, you must have done the nightfall with 100k that week For gambit weapons, have 1 reset that season. See the problem?

1 ResponderI like your idea and see your train of thinking. I just think the other hand cannons should be made easier to use, less recoil/bloom etc. and maybe auto rifles buffed too so we have actual competition for them. On PC Ace and Thorn are already contenders. I think most of the frustration towards the gun is the fact not much else can be as powerful or compete. Plus the people who complain are mainly the people who cannot get to Fabled and so they would still be unhappy.

4 RespostasIt’s an achievement when you get it and as a result you should be able to use it. It would be like if you saved all your money for a really fancy a house or something, like the majority of your wages for months and months being saved and you’re able to purchase it. Wouldn’t it feel good when you finally meet your goal and are able to buy it? Now what if you could only use what you’ve purchased when your net worth is above the value of what you bought? I hope this hypothetical makes sense.

2 RespostasPeople who earned these guns deserve to be able to use them where ever they want and they should not be nerfed just because they are effective(please note I am crap Crucible and get killed all the time with these weapons and do not have them) The real issue lies with Bungie as they will not proved an effective alternative weapon load out options( ie good scout rifle etc)

2 RespostasNo. Go sit in a corner and think about what you have just said! Just kidding. I am trash at PvP honestly if you look at my stats. I do not have this gun, but I sure get killed by it from time to time. But, I don't care. These guns don't need to be nerfed. They are fine. Buff other guns. Like I said in another post. I Bungie gave in and nerfed these guns to the ground, or even magically removed them, tomorrow you'll be getting killed by another set of guns and crying about it. Next thing you know, everyone is crying for Bad Reputation to get nerfed (not literally, but you get the point...I hope).

15 Respostasif this is a good idea i would love to hear a bad idea XD if Lunas gets nerfed (bygones , fusion rifles and jotunn should be too since they counter lunas and loads of weapons easy) and bygones is like a 2 shot from every time iv been killed with it
