The whole Enhancement Core system prevents players from using the gear they like and using their gear to its full potential. How is that a good thing?

Not everyone is a streamer, or a 16 year old. Just because your able to sit in your mother's basement and play till the sun's down and beyond doesn't mean everyone else can. I'm not even talking casual players. I'm literally almost on whenever I'm not at work, and cores are like water to California right now.
