It tops even the Vex of D1Y1.
I don't want to say nerf exotics like that one but.... Pls, nerf it. I didn't have gone against it yet nor did I played D2 since the labs came up but the twitter clip already makes me fear the crucible without playing it.
But before all people jump on a hate train about me and my opinion, let me make this clear:
This gun needs only 1 or 2 changes/nerfs: Longer charge time for the tracking bullet and it should be in fact much slower travel than it does atm.
I mean, it doesn't even is slower. It is on the same travel speed of any other fusion rulfe bullet except that it can OHK across the entirw map if you hit. And tracking doesn't makes it more skillful in principle.

1 ResponderGood. Anything that drops the LH toy boys is great in my book. When I was still playing crucible I would drip my Sticky Telesto juice all over them.
-
No, if anything to anything needs a nerf it is queensbreaker. Jotunn is a new weapon so of course there is some things that people hate. This is a stopper to the damn Shotgun meta in pvp.
-
1 ResponderPrime example of what’s wrong with the game. People crying for nerfs, without using it for themselves. Believe it or not, YOU ruin the experience for others.

No and no!

1 ResponderI have the Jotunn and am an average crucible player. I used it a lot yesterday in pvp and I don’t think it’s OP at all. If you play a mobile player who strafes, uses his/her vertical space and cover well, it’s a slow charge time nade launcher basically. You’ve got to understand when streamers/youtubers post videos they don’t post the 6 missed shots, they post the montages. If you play against one dimensional players of course it’s gonna wreck em. Please don’t call for nerfs immediately or we’ll go back to vanilla D2. I forgot about the tracking. It’s not very aggressive, or as good as tracking on rocket launchers. It’s actually pretty random. I’ve seen players take 2 steps left or right and my shot completely missed.
-
1 ResponderGet it and play with it first before you do a review based on a YouTube video. Dude released a montage of him moping blueberries and potatoes in quickplay and cutting out all the times he missed shots and/got out gunned by anything. That’s not impressive, OP, or requires a nerf.

12 RespostasEditado por Blaidd: 1/12/2019 3:15:21 PMI dont own it, played against it multiple times allready and i am here to say this gun is perfectly fine. Maybe stick to shooting pve enemies if you have a hard time against it in pvp ?

4 RespostasTelesto is better in everyway.

4 RespostasEditado por WoofinAintEazy: 1/11/2019 8:21:11 PMIt does not top the Vex in D1 before the first nerf. Not even close. You’re limited to ammo on Jotunn in crucible, Vex was a primary and that thing was completely OP when it first came out, I got it that week. Have you used Jotunn in crucible yet??
-
1 ResponderIt is way slower than other fusion rifle bullets. Normal fusion bullets are almost hitscan. This thing has pretty slow travel time..it is like throwing a fusion grenade with the exotic titan gauntlets
-
4 RespostasThat’s a fusion rifle? More like a grenade launcher. I’ve seen this weapon just now. I haven’t played in a month, but I’ve seen the clip and it’s ridiculous. I’d say put it in the heavy slot. Shouldn’t be considered a special weapon if it deals that much damage

2 RespostasEditado por Soupreem: 1/11/2019 11:08:44 PMIt's nowhere close to original Mythoclast, are you high? It's not great against moving targets, especially at really close or long range from what I've seen. You have summoned me.

Jotunn looks mediocre at best... Sure it's probably fine for farming noobs.. But at a competitive level? Nah.

I haven't seen or heard reviews of this gun but it basically sounds like a ranged tracking Felwinters Lie from D1.
