I'm with you, been on LFG all week and haven't raided once because there aren't enough people who want to do the encounter as intended. The worst thing about Destiny is the community.

For real like just look at the reaction to this post. People are absolutely livid. It’s amazing just how great the community can be sometimes and then immediately can become the greatest detriment to the game.
