For those of you that have finally realized and are upset about Bungie making the game SOMEWHAT of a challenge on the first day, congratulations! I hope this is the day that all the "Casuals" decide that this isn't the game for them. Honestly, anyone who thinks that they played Forsaken a decent amount and are 550 make me sick. I understand that some people have social anxiety for raids and stuff I totally get it. But the rest of you have no excuse.
After the World's First Last Wish completion, all the casuals realized that they would "never" make it to the raid because they thought it was too hard. Then until Monday the 3rd was the best Destiny has been since TTK. Everyone in the community was unified, wether is was for joy; or critisim of certain exotics. Now that the new SEASON is out. Everyone seems to be all up in arms because they can't acess an ENDGAME ACTIVITY on the first day.
Now I can't wait till next week when you entitled litte shites are gone, you think everything is going to be handed to you like it was in year 1. Sorry, year 1 is over. This is the year the casuals leave Destiny for good and only the actual community stays and enjoys the game for what it is and help shape it into what's it's meant to be.
Edit: It's good to see some many people being passionate about something, whether it's hating on me or hating on the game, I assume most of you bought it and are playing it. Some of you may have gotten refunds. I didn't, I'm going to continue to play the game I enjoy. My clan the Greenhorns is open to anyone and everyone who ENJOYS playing destiny. We are very active and would love you other active players would join too!

5 RespostasI mean this with all due respect. Go suck a bag of dicks

2 RespostasEntitled cunts? Yes. Yes you are. As someone who is in the top 14% of people who have wasted time on this game I would consider myself not a casual at 599 hour logged between just season 1 and forsaken, I can safely say it’s not entitled casuals you dumb shit prick. No one wants to pay money for contender and then be forced to continue playing the same boring ass burnt out content that they’ve been playing for months nd are already bored with. Losing. Lot of long time customers over this, but there will be the fanboy dick garglers like yourself that defend it the entire time resulting in not a damn thing being fixed with this trash game. Enjoying bouncing up and down on your dildo while you let bungie continue -blam!-ing you with trash DLC.
-
12 RespostasIm sorry, but you are literally an idiot. If you think that casual players should not be able to play the content that they purchased, then you are the problem that plagues this game. I spent a fair amount of time with forsake, enough to enjoy most of the content and have a good time, without having to grind and I am not even to 550. This "dlc" doesnt even offer a good way to level up past 550 to help us play what we bought. Casuals make up a significant portion of the playerbase, and this is a shitty move on bungies part. So have fun with your shitty dlc and shitty playerbase.
-
Casuals play for fun, which is what games are supposed to be and how you're supposed to be playing
-
I play this game 6 hours a day 5 days a week. Go -blam!- yourself
-
We have no excuse for resenting the fact that Bungie leans way too heavily on us repeating the same content over and over again? We have no excuse to expect at least some kind of randomness so we don't go mad during the soul-crushing grind? Players who play the game because of its excellent core mechanics but are frustrated by the endless repetition while Bungie caters to "hardcore" players make you sick? I can live with that. Enjoy the shrinking player base. I hope you're planning on spending lots of money at Eververse. They're gonna need it.

1 ResponderEntitled shits but you’re making a post about them just wanting to play what they purchased 🤔 I’m not a casual but this is ridiculous and none of you bungie defenders can say otherwise win a straight face: A single activity on day 1 that nobody can complete ...the only activity of the dlc. An introductory mission bruh That’s inexcusable
-
2 RespostasThe day every casual decides to leave and not fund this game anymore is the day Destiny dies So be careful what you wish for. Bungie can’t survive with a ~15% hardcore playerbase no matter how much they play and love this game and its endgame content. Only reason it still exists is because of the ppl who pay for the game, after that it doesn’t matter how they play the game. The money is in the bank.

Go home kinderguardian - you don't even have 3 guardians at 600 yet and have been on Bungie.net for only a year. We - the veterans - have been here for years and dealt with the ups and downs of Bungie's releases for Destiny and D2. This is a big misstep and a problem they need to address quickly if they hope to salvage the situation. They could have incremented the power level requirements - a bit higher each week for the 4 forges until you were at max power. By doing it the way they did, they have effectively locked out most of the playerbase from the new BA activities until after they grind for a few more days/weeks/months (depending on power level). I bought the annual pass, but I would recommend that if one has not bought one yet, wait until you are maxed at 600 power and/or Bungie fixes this mess.

You do know Foresaken didn't meet Activisions sales goals? Now, with casuals being 90% of sales, how do think the future of Destiny will look if all the casuals leave ? Can you say "the end"?
-
Bullseye! You have just nailed everything wrong with this game. Bungie are more concerned at impressing elitist morons such as yourself that they listen to the likes of you. A heads up, without "filthy casuals" do you really think you'd have a game to play? Really?? You think Bungie could survive on catering for the 1000 or so dicks who think this is their game?? Nah, back under your rock troll.
-
If there were no casuals there would be nobody to play with mate.
-
Can you really not the ridiculousness of raising the power level by 50 while releasing no new content to grind to raise your power level, instead having to do the exact same tired content we’ve been doing for months? Of course it fell flat on it ass.
-
Thank god for this content drop! We’re one step closer to a perfect D2.
-
Stupidity. At. Its. Finest.
-
Sounds like you'll be playing with yourself (pun intended) if all those you ask to leave really do go.
-
-
Without casuals this game will no longer exist. Be careful what you wish for.
-
You know who was playing on the weekend before the 3rd ? 10% of the player population. If you think that the game survives to its next sequel with that kind of player engagement then you’re exactly as naive as your post makes you look.
-
Is this in your opinion? Cause I dout you talk for the Destiny community. The "entitled" your revering to? You sound very much like them.
-
I would complain but getting only gauntlets for powerful gear is not enough
-
I play a lot and don’t wanna grind the same shitty milestones for minimal increases in light while light is the only thing keeping me from completing the new activities that are actually a cake-walk when properly leveled. To me end-game content means it’s difficult with cool rewards. From what black armory appears right now it’s just a lengthened light ‘grind’. Don’t bullshit me with this first forge is endgame content when it is 615-630 light. When we are 650 it will be irrelevant and stupid easy just like the last wish.
-
Yeah this game sucks!
-
2 RespostasWe will see how big a community you have in a couple of months. My guess is not much of one and bungie will be in trouble. Good luck
-
2 RespostasI’ll misread the title as Bygone Casuals and was somewhat interested what someone would be writing about casuals who use Bygones? 🤔 This isn’t what i expected lol. Overall, Not a bad rant. Seen better, seen worse, agreed with some parts, disagreed with others.
-
Because now, after Activision announcing that Bungie failed to re-engage the playerbase is the time for Bungie to cause a mass casual walk out. Haha! Internet Logic.
