I give you some math. My first job pays me $8.50 an hour. My dads job is about 85x or higher an hour.

I doubt your dad makes 722.5 an hour
Wort

Wort
And? You make more than me and I still help out around the house.
-
That what I do! I’mma chore boy, my parents ask me anything and I will do it!

I’m just saying you came off as kind of a jerk. While I obviousy don’t have a full picture, you sound like you’re completely unwilling to give your parents any money, or even buy your own food, despite implying that you even have a sister sick with something that’s costing them more. While obviously I’m not saying to blow your whole budget on other people (gotta be a little selfish!) statements like “Nah, that’s my parents’ job [to buy me food], [I’m going to spend all my money on entertainment]!” don’t exactly paint a nice picture of yourself..

Editado por MidsizeDragon99: 10/22/2018 1:07:43 AMAhem..... I am a 16 year old who is an Immigrant from Ireland. Also a Juniors High school. I live in a town filled with middle class families and a very highly educated school(most of our SAT scores are over the 79%). My is a director manager engineer at Abbott and is very successful there. Though the project he has spent 10 years working on, he got the Abbott Chairman reward, which about 300ish people at Abbott have. Also, Abbott is an international company. My sister sickness was cause by a brain tumor that was going in her head since BIRTH. It is now thankful removed but it side effects will affect her for her entire life. In my house, I do almost anything my parents ask me, no matter the time or what I am doing. My parents, if they did pay me for chores, would owe my A lot of pocket money. So, the money I get for work is for me and I don’t have to give my parents or family any(not unless they need it right now, I will give them some) cause my dad can pay for literally everything in our house. Cause he is already does. Is that enough or do you wanna keep calling a piece of shit?
-
Boy your parents don't owe you a penny, you wouldn't have anything without them.
Is that enough or do you wanna keep calling a piece of shit?
If that’s the way I’ve come off, then let me apologize, as that wasn’t at all what I was trying to say. Let me be frank here, I have a younger brother, 18 or so, and he’s not a bad person. However, there is one thing about him that really irks me, and that’s how he handles money. See, he’ll go off, and buy a sword replica, or a new game, but then 3 days later family could be in an economic crisis, and he wouldn’t only not offer a penny, he’d go on ranting about how he has no money, with that sparkly new bauble he bought hanging on his wall. Meanwhile, I’d be over here having to lend my mummy a couple hundred bucks, despite only earning half as much money as he does. And, again, I didn’t mean to imply you were a piece of crap, definitely not, but with statements like the ones I mentioned before, that’s the type of person you came off as. I know a person like that, and it’s a lecture I’m, unfortunately, so used to giving, that I kinda gave it out of second nature. I’ll still stand by my argument, though blowing your entire bank account on a game is irresponsible no matter the case.

That fine. You didn’t know me, I didn’t know you. And honestly? I am blowing more money on food for work breaks then anything 🤣

I can sympathize with ya there. I miss my bigger budget, with my old job. I want my baked potato lunches again. u.u
