The only reason people raided so much in D1 was to grind for the amazing weapons. How many times did we all grind VoG for those awesome weapons that helped you throughout the whole game and you simply LOVED using? All of us, how many people raid in D2 for the amazing loot?
Year, thought so.

Fatebringer. Vision of confluence. Atheons epilogue. Once you had those 3 you literally felt the bollocks running around.

I can only think of 3 worthy Leviathan Weapons. 1. Midnight Coup 2. Sins of the Past 3. Inaugural Address While D1, almost every weapon from each Raid was gorgeous. The VoG weapons were great for add control, the crota weapons helped with Hive Major Damage and so did the TTK raid weapons, and the WotM raid weapons had beautiful synergizing perks.

Editado por Fishyb: 9/24/2018 12:48:17 PMSins of the past is my go too heavy but only because it has clusters, otherwise it’s a standard rl. The sword was good until they nerfed the ammo regen on hits. Otherwise there’s better weapons for your primary & secondary slots. Yet another missed opportunity for bungie and another fine example of them just not GETTING it at all.

This exactly!

Me! I actually liked the raid guns from leviathan, mid coup is still the best HC in the game for me personally. The new raid weapons look really good from what I've seen and 1000 voices look crazy good. Maybe not quiet as good as D1 weapons (wrath of the machine ones jump out to me) but still better than most guns.

There not crap per se, there still decent, just not a patch on any D1 raid weapons.

Have you seen The last wish auto rifle the Age old Doubt? 360rpm with max range, rampage, and fourth times the charm (landing four crits returns two rounds to the mag). From what I've seen it's the best raid auto rifle by far.

Yeah I agree not as good hut still decent, I think we might see raid mods come into play, unless the new ones already have them?
-
No raid mods on the raid weapons from what has been said.

Prestige versions maybe?

Editado por Fishyb: 9/24/2018 10:37:53 AMDoubtful, if the base set doesn’t then the prestige weapons added for that mode won’t. It’s really as simple as If rewards good > multiple runs. If rewards crap < why bother. I’m sure if you look at the multiple runs of VoG or WotM compared to Leviathan it would be astronomically in D1 raids favour. It’s not rocket science to work out why.
