Iron Banner...wtf?!?
What the hell happened to IB?!? It's beyond laggy, it's like I'm playing the game from a different time period, bullets do no damage, supers just miss, one hit kills against me, wtf Bungie?!?
The other Iron Banners I had zero issues, they were about as flawless as you can get in an online game, but now? What the hell went wrong? I'd defend this game all day long as long as it's working, but this is complete bs.

1 ResponderD2 is a nerfed, reskinned, remapped, copy and paste of Destiny. The sole purpose is to resell you the game you already paid for.

with a huge percentage of destiny players leaving you aren't getting matched with ppl closer to you anymore so I'd say get used to it ain't gonna be picking up anytime soon or do what everyone else has and play a decent game till this monstrositys fixed if thats even possible

thankfully I got all my ornaments and all the extra loot and guns.. next time I won't need to grind all that much.. .

3 RespostasI agree. Did any of your guns jam? My Guns keep jamming and I have to release the trigger and pull it again to get the gun to fire. Happened all night.

IB is trash. I only played to get the armor sets for my Hunter and Warlock and to t-bag scrubs teleporting around the screen. Otherwise, there's no real incentive to play this broken garbage.

I’ve played 100s of matches this IB, but there were only two moments I enjoyed. On top of that, I’ve opened up about 35 IB engrams and not once have I obtained the weapon I want. The crucible/IB is torture to play with how unbalanced everything is, and I’ve had no luck getting a weapon that isn’t even rare. If it wasn’t for me seeing two other people get the weapon I wanted, I would think it’s impossible to get it. Overall, I’m not enjoying it.

1 ResponderYes this iron banner is terrible. And did anyone actually get anything for their 30 matches played milestone?!? All I got was a damn emblem. For a milestone that feels like a bad joke. Just like this game. I’ve never missed destiny one so bad

All these posts about lag, how can they not understand that the dwindling player base all alway create a terrible pvp environment? It will only get worse, game is on life support....

Nothing new. Nothing has changed. It’s always been this way. Accept it or don’t play it. IB has never improved regarding this and until such time Bungie changes to a more dedicated server setup coupled with regional matchmaking it is what it is.

Destiny's P2P model has never and will never work. Mixed with poor internet connections (upload and download speeds) it's a recipe for "Festival of the lag".

Always had issues. Many more so now because the player population has been gutted and continues to drop so you're having to be matched with people from much farther away, which increases latency (aka lag).

I know exactly what you mean also melee not working like it should. People with dodgy connections through crappy Internet or lag switching turning into gods.

Honestly, the network doesn't work as well with D2 as it did with D1. D1 one rarely couldn't get to the tower or get kicked to orbit during a PVP match. D2 I've seen way more error code and disconnects etc.

2 RespostasLol I member when they said 4v4 meant more stable connections...not in IB I guess. Oh and Luke was against the 4v4 but the lead of the pvp loved it.... People need to get their facts straight. Luke -blam!-ed up other stuff tho.

This one encounter sums up perfectly the majority of my IB experience - was heading to zone A when I see some fool running towards me, the toss a grenade which hits him square in the chest, does zero damage, and he 1 hit melee kills me.

I feel your pain. This for me has been the worst IB yet.... almost thru the remote up against the wall the other night. I had got an opponents health down (slowly) while he was shooting someone else.... turns around and kills me with one shot. Everyone talks about changing this and that, however to me the problem is the lag. there is far to much of it and quite frankly I am well and truly fed up with it.... And The constant error codes. I do not get them unless IB is running. Not joking when I say I have been kicked around 80 times since IB started,,, says a lot about their game. And to add insult they tell me that I have network problem. No i don't they do!
