It's the same with raids there are plenty of people who carry less skilled player through raids they're called sherpas and bungie embraces them, as for trials it doesn't bother me that less skilled players have the guns it's not like it makes them better players and the armor is a non issue. A friend of mine sucks at pvp but he has friends who carry him every week he probably has all the gear does that bother me? No I've managed to go flawless once in year 3 got the pulse and lost interest. It's not even like the trials gear is the absolute best anyway. I don't care how some one gets a piece of gear weather they got carried of got lucky and went against bad players. Its not like the lighthouse has some performance criteria where if you don't pull a so and so k/d you don't get loot all you have to do is make it their, I figure that means as long as you player fair bungie doesn't care how you do it

Again you're deflecting. It's hard to have an intellectually honest discussion about this if you can't stay on topic and address the actual issue. Probably because you know you can't. Last time I checked, players aren't paying other people to carry them through raids. And last time I checked, raids were pve, not Trials of Osiris. And last time I checked, an average skill level was deemed acceptable by most raid teams. The question isn't, should you be bothered by this person that got Trials gear, the question is doesn't it undermine the entire point of Trials, and it does. If I see someone in the tower with Trials gear, I know it doesn't mean anything. It only means something if I take the time to log off and look up their stats somewhere, then it means something one way or the other. And in point of fact, it can easily be argued that most if not all players run into in the game with Trials gear, had absolutely no hand in earning it on their own. Which again, is the entire point of Trials. Look, you are the one that stated three posts ago that Trials is not meant for casuals, I'm simply proving why that statement is non factual. I could care less about your opinions of this and that. The issue is what you stated, and it has been proven false due to the simple and very plain fact that most if not a great majority of Trials players, pay for carries.

Editado por Zakuzzi: 2/2/2017 10:47:28 PMOh well we are entitled to our own opinions I understand what your point, I just don't personally care, trials isn't casual friendly, trust me I managed to go flawless the second week of RoI and I have no interest in going back too sweaty and I'm not a good enough player to keep up. Now sure there are casual players but they are flanked by top tier players whom they probably payed that's really the only way they stand a chance, is that a issue? Again that's bungies call to make, Don't care either way, if they have a issue with casuals getting carried they sure haven't said anything about it. And ultimately that's what it comes down to.... does bungie have a issue? Doesn't matter what I think doesn't matter what you think it's their game they call the shots.

So you don't care and it's Bungie's game. Ok fine, just stop telling people Trials is for the best only. That's the only statement you made I took exception to.

It is only for the best even streamers are having a hard time doing carries anymore, a team of 3 casual players stand no chance, a super skilled streamer and two carries is crazy difficult even single carries are getting hard because as less casuals even attempt trials which player base is at a record low you either gotta have a stacked team or be a damned good player cause the only people left are the super good players, even if I asked some of my actually talented friends to go through trials I doubt they would be able to carry me and I'm not THAT bad of a player :/

No it's not for the best. And I proved why quite a few times. I'm not going on this Merry-go-round again. Later.
-
Yeah later, although I'm curious, you don't have account linked do you even play destiny? Seemed kinda fishy but none of my business I suppose

To answer your question yes. I hide my profile so debates don't begin to delve into off topic conversations over stats and legitimacy of opinions. I'm a year one beta player. I have three characters, A hunter, a warlock, and a titan, all hovering right under 400 light.

Fair enough was just curious cause I've gotten into arguments with people who later admit they either never actually played destiny or haven't in a long time and always like why hang out here?
-
Right. That one I don't really get. People with too much time on their hands I guess.
