I don't play crucible often, but my favorite strategy is to start taking an objective then hide against a nearby wall or door. Can usually take out at least 2 of the oncoming enemy rushers :)

I don't call it camping in Destiny, I call it not letting the spawns flip. Trust....I much rather rush.

Because why would I rush out into the open to die. Someone mentioned in this thread that we are [i] powerful beings with amazing space magic and powerful weapons.[/i]. I don't believe that to be the case anymore. We [b][i]used[/i][/b] to be powerful beings with amazing space magic and powerful weapons. Then the NERFS came. Now shotguns and melee attacks do not OHK, snipers no longer OHK, and your amazing space magic can easily be stifled by just a few rounds from any weapon. PvP is an incurable disease that is killing this game, one NERF at a time.

We played a game where the majority of them camped up on a hill which eventually dragged the game into a draw. Afterwards we all grouped up to switch sides and I said "guys i know you are all mostly new and afraid to get hit, but honestly the best way to get into paintball is to get shot as many times as you can as fast as possible. Besides camping is for scrubs git gud" The vast majority of them laughed because they were mostly gamers, some didn't get it, most of them........STILL BLODDY CAMPED IN THE BACK FOR THE REST OF THE DAY. The real stars were this group of 13 year olds who started pushing with me and my buddies, they had a blast and I know they will start playing more PB. /true story.

I'd like to see these kids try a quick scope in real life too. They wouldn't hit anything and they'd probably break some bones and drop that rifle. Play how you want.
