Long story short, I'm a freshman attending the most prestigious engineering school in Florida (only said that for the self esteem boost) and I have met someone who I believe is perfect in my own weird way. We're both very alike and she's show a most obvious interest in me, romantically. I've seen mixed responses to dating in high school so I'd like some advice, if anyone is willing. Is dating in highschool worth it if I see a potential future with that person and they share the same feelings, or is it a potential disaster waiting to happen?

I'm a freshman in high school now as well. Got my first gf in eighth grade and I'm still with her. One year with her now. I think if you know and find the right one, then it could work. I love my girlfriend with all my heart and I really think I see a future with her. Just most people now days take young relationships like these ones for granted.
