But it's not. It's a perceived issue.
There are plenty of other things that have a burn or lingering effect. Also Sunsinger also has a perk where all grenade damage gives burn. So even if a sticky or a solor grenade misses you directly, if it damages you you still burn. Do you want to nerf all sunsinger grenades too?

Look dude.... The fact is warlocks, specifically sunsingers, take substantially less gun skill than any other class. In a fps...this doesn't bode well. Yeah, I think viking funeral and touch of flame should be rethought. Cool down is 28 seconds...takes you out the game for 15 seconds...you're telling me I have 13 seconds to plan my elaborate attack before you 1 shot me and spam your grenade?
-
Less gun skill? Are you saying because of the burn they don't need as much 'skill' with guns to be successful? WTF kind of elitist bullsh!t is that? So Titan's don't need gun skill because they can 1HK you with their shoulder. Hunters don't need gun skill because they can go invisible and shoot you in the back. SMFH WTF dude, each class has things that give advantages, it's up the the player to adapt and overcome.

I'd say the same thing about Nightstalkers...a defensive subclass centered around grenades is going to be your subclass that takes the least skill. I really dont mean to hurt your feelings bro, but that's exactly what it is. That's why when you get to 7,8,9 wins in trials...you mainly see sunsingers and Nightstalkers...you can bring up titans shoulder charge like its even a comparison, but there's more risk in getting closer as compared to sitting back and spamming grenades. You failed to address the rest of my statement as well. I appreciate your opinion and its definitely respectable...but I have my own and I'll be damned if I don't express my opinion on a FPS.
-
I don't agree with your assessment. It's different skill. It's not less. You're essentially saying that the people who play those classes are less skilled. That's a very presumptuous statement and I can't take you seriously when you speak of it that way.

Yea well that stance just destroys your argument and you credibility.
-
Quite frankly...I don't care what you think :) watch kraftyy, vanguard, and kj videos and they'll say the same thing. Game. Set. Match.
-
You think I or anyone gives a sh!t about these streamers? You've killed you're argument again with that statement. They are doing the same thing that all the crybabies are doing here and have as much credibility. They want the game changed to suit their playstyle because they can't adapt. They're worthless and it's obvious the devs agree because they didn't change Firebolts at all and in fact increased the number that can be thrown in Radiance. So your "Game set and Match" is all in your head. LoL, worthless streamers thinking they're going to change the state of a game. Hilarious.

Its moreso about what the community wants. And mark my word: something will be done Just like how thorn was an epidimic, and so were hammer titans...we could have all adapted to thorn and hammer, by all using Thorn and hammers ....but what type of game are we talking about when we talking about countering more than competing?

The Community doesn't want any more nerfs. They want adjustments that don't kill classes or weapons. This update showed they are willing to make smaller changes that don't completely disrupt gameplay in order to achieve more balanced experience and weapon diversity. Firebolts are a limited range AOE (3 targets Max on an 8 meter lateral plane). Other grenades are used the same way and even have larger radii . Throw grenade, clean up whoever didn't get killed directly by it. Add touch of flame and all grenades burn the same. THE. SAME. You can't change the burn for Firebolts without changing it for the others. Consign yourself to the fact that nothing is changing about the Firebolt.
