that's I how I feel about it. You see 3 types of people on this forum: 1. Obnoxious trolls who claim they hate the game and will take every chance to hate on Destiny/Bungie 2. The delirious fanboy that takes up for Bungie even if they sold decapitated puppy heads as DLC 3. People that are actually un biased and call it like they see it and still enjoy the game(and other games).

Personally, I believe Destiny has been the best fps since Modern Warfare 3. If you think Destiny is old or overrated, gtfo of the Destiny forums

To the people that have commented "if you don't like it then stop playing", or something along those lines, then you're missing the point of this post. I think we can all agree that we either like this game a lot, or at least used to like but were put off due to some of the dumb things that have happened over the course of this game; either way this game is something we enjoy. And it's because of the joy that we found with this game that we still play it, even though bungie has screwed the pooch multiple times with the community or claim that they really do listen to what we say but then go do something that's completely the opposite of what we all think is or is not needed. However this so called "accident" they claim was due to a typo or whatever reason they give really shows that they don't really care too much about what we think of their game; as long as we keep buying their silver and dlc they think that we're too stupid to actually realize that they have constantly f#cked us or can still continue doing so since they know this game has thrived on a barely complete material. I think everyone that stumbles on this post should bump the crap out of it so much so that bungie could see how mad the community is over this dumb sh!t they pulled, and also to see if they actually read what goes on in the forums since they "constantly read what we say here." They have to stop being a bunch of f*#ks over there or this 10 year project probably won't end well. Idk this is just what I think a majority of us think and they should be exposed.

Bungie really screwed the pooch. All the previous buffs mentioned were legitimate and would have been more or less accepted by the community. Most of the people who discussed it were saying things like "makes sense. Should be fair enough." So I have no idea why Bungie went out of their way to make up these numbers out of their ass. It's a rather simple equation to buff or nerf. Original damage value +/- (Original damage value x numerical value of buff or nerf) = final results I honestly don't know how they could have screwed that up

Now i understand that people are pissed off bungie "lied" to us, if you can even call it that. But it seems to me the majority of people are complaining because auto rifles werent given a solid buff to make them op? Go use Zhalo, Red Specter, Hardlight, Monte (the ones myself and other friends have tried over the past week) and you will see that the meta is pretty balanced.. Sure someone with Mida can take you down at long range but you shouldnt be able to kill someone with say hardlight at mida range anyways. In my own opinion (which people will probably tell me is invalid but idgaf) the primary meta is fairly sound right now. Same with the supers (with exception of the BD hit detection) specials could still use some work as far as pvp goes but still seems balanced as I have seen players do well with snipers, shottys and (in special cases) fusions. Edit: Just cause your favourite weapon type wasnt buffed as much as you expected doesnt mean its pitchfork and torch time. Can we all just enjoy the game for what it is and quit acting like spoiled entitled children?

Big whoop, they didn't explain properly about their buff Mathematics, creating all of these topics, Oh the Humanity! Why are so many people so salty over such a teeny weeny thing, lie or not? Bungie original video of Destiny..."blah blah blah, you can go over there, but for this video, we're going to take you towards that wall" the game was promised to be huge and freeroaming, with pics of people riding giant freaking toads, but we got a completely different game. That was their biggest lie. If anybody has seen that video, got excited about Destiny, then continues to play it, then they have no right to be truly salty about more "lies" from Bungie. Pissed off? sure Annoyed, sure But you can't be shocked and surprised, as if you expect better from them. Whatever Bungie says, take it with a pinch of salt, and chill out, especially over uuffs and nerfs.
