Snipers are becoming an epidemic. Limit special ammo.
Bungie has taken action on shotguns but has done nothing about snipers. The major problem is snipers can play through the whole match with nothing but a sniper. Special ammo my ass. There's nothing special about it if you can get it through the whole match. It should drop along with heavy ammo so you would have to choose which one you will pick up.
Also, i find myself fighting snipers up close to mid-range. Players will say to keep out of sniper lanes, but snipers are everywhere. There is no escape. Lol. It should be impossible for snipers to be able to kill you at a close range. Snipers are a long distance weapon. It's like a shotgun killing someone from across the map.
Finally, snipers don't seem to be bothered by being shot at. I can blast a sniper with whatever weapon, including heavy machine guns, and they just stand there and snipe me in the head. Not sure if this is lag or what. But it's infuriating. You should not be able to snipe under fire. That's why snipers belong at long distances. I'm not really calling for a nerf just limit special ammo to where you can't troll with your special through the whole match.
Edit 1: Lol, look at all the snipers giving me hate. Sniper rifles are on the chopping block at Bungie headquarters as we speak. Just a matter of time before something is done. It's Ok, if it makes you feel better to attack me then go ahead. Come at me haters.

So wait Because your dumbass can't pick up the crates quickly to refuse them ammo you're whining? There is a reason they're winning, 3-4 crates spawn every two minutes GET TWO OF THEM and they'll run out of ammo if you make them waste some by popping in and out of cover

Honestly I just want more flinch because multiple times today I was landing 2 head shots with my Boolean and before I fired the Third they had shot me in the head. If they had ducked behind cover and come out to shoot fine that's a good engagement on their part, but standing there and then scoping in for a headshot when they were losing the gunfight is not ok unless they had unflinching on their sniper.

Now I'm a very aggressive shotgun user. But I like that idea. Limit special ammo to two spawns like heavy. Boy this will change the entire face of the crucible....I'd definitely have to pull out invective

No, not again. They already nerfed the timers on the boxes, and you only get one magazine per box for snipers. Plus, if you need the amount of ammo they carry, it'll leak into pve and make everyone's lives worse.

Guns w high caliber rounds really make it hard for snipers...just gotta get first shot in and kinda surprise them in mid to close range....

Special ammo should be limited in general. I love using my shotgun as a primary but it shouldn't be possible. Same with snipers.

1 ResponderJesus stop crying people. shotguns = made for close battles. snipers=made for long distance kill zone kills. You run round a corner into a shotgun you die. You run out into the open in snipers cross hair you die.
