Honestly, the glitch with infinite bows was a while back, and I believe we need our 3 shots back. Given that the night stalker sub class wasnt that great in the first place, only allowing us one shot in crucible really isn't helping us much either. It's currently a wasted perk that is very misleading atm. Bungie, please fix this. I want 3 shots back! Edit: I understand that bungie has now said they're fixing it.
