So I enlisted in the Navy......
Yeah, inb4[i]inthenavy[/i], lolsemen, and other navy jokes.
So I enlisted a few months ago. Will be a submarine electronics technician. It's a cool deal. I'll be leaving tomorrow, I'll be back in about 9 months or so.
Anyone else enlisted?
Anyone else leaving for school or something?

I would never go on a submarine, I enjoy real light too much. Good luck, hopefully you don't get too homesick or have to do anything really important.

Hell, if you wander into the wrong part of the carrier you're up a certain creek without a paddle. Those things are like cities, good and bad. Also, submarines (as long as they aren't carrying nuclear weapons i.e. Ohio class) pull into port more often.

Good luck OP. The whole submarine thing doesn't scare you o.0? I'd be scared -blam!-less. I'm thinking of being a Navy Mass Media Specialist (think that's what it's called). I'm only 14, so I've got a while to consider :-P.
