Exotic Armor Ideas
Hey guys, I've been thinking about how Exotic armor is somewhat overlooked in game. Xur shows up and all everyone cares about is what guns he has. Let's have some fun and try to create some of our own Exotic armor! One rule: keep it balanced, no
Exotics that would be crazy OP.
I'll start:
Icarus Wings (Exotic Warlock Boots)

Ribs of Dire Ahamkara Hunter chest "Look at your foes oh bearer mine, they have so much life to give" Exotic perk: dying curse Being hit by lethal damage from full health and shields will not kill you. Instead it will give a buff that suppresses you and burns you to death over three seconds, you cannot heal and the buff cannot be removed except by death.

No full armor idea but what about a pair of hunter gauntlets with a perk that makes missed throwing knives boomerang back around for a chance to strike the enemy in the back?

Perk 2: The Fourth Horseman; While Radiance is active all allies gain a 20% damage increase. Exotic Perk: Broken God; gain a 30% damage increase while using a primary elemental weapon.

Possible 4 blades in gunslinger, 2 in bladedancer. Provides knife juggler and twitch. You lose the rights to equip guns. You will unequip all your guns, and must have available slots for these weappns upon equipping this piecdle. Perk 3 Razors edge : Ups the damage of melee. Assuming all headshots: Throwing knives are ohko headshots to guardians (without overshields) and any red enemy. It takes 2 to kill shielded red/guardians. Takes 3 to kill major, 4 to kill major with shield. Hitting bosses/ultras deals the same damage as an icebreaker shot. Blade dancer: instant kills and recharges immediately off of reds. Requires a backstab for ohko on shielded red or regular guardian, 2 stabs from the front. Requires 2 backstabs on major or shielded guardian, otherwise 3 stabs from the front. Requires 3 backstabs on shielded major, or 4 from the front. Hitting ultras grant you an overshield to survive a single melee attack at full health, dealing damage as 2 ice breaker shots. You are weakened from the burden of carrying this much void light within you: you lose vitality (you will be easier to kill). At the same time: every source of void damage is increased by 100% (weapons and abilities) What do you guys think? OP or not?

The exotic I am thinking about is a exotic class item for all classes. They would be class items that would give double co to your specific faction upon completing any event that usually gives xp. I will leave how you get these below -Get the exotic item "empty class item. This would be in your items slot for now -You then fuse this with either a mark, Cape or bond to create empty bond, empty Cape or empty mark depending on which class item you chose to fuse it with. You will also need 100 of your classes materials -You then equip your empty mark (we will use Titan just for the example. It will work the same with all classes just with their corresponding class items). For the mark to work you must have a full set of a factions gear (this could be any faction including IB, judgement and vanguard/crucible). Wearing a full set of their gear will temporarily torn your empty mark to a new monarchy's mark (if I wore full NM gear). To get this double xp I must complete a event wearing the gear from start to finish. What do you guys think?
