Haven’t played much PVP yet since jumping back in yet, but I really can’t believe they haven’t brought it back yet, some other exotics I understand they might be “game breaking” but NLB was just fun in crucible what is their issue with it?

People cant handle sniper rifles existing, I guess. It would be weird to bring back with the dual primary system. It was balanced by the fact that you couldnt pair it with a primary before. They'd have to make it so if you use NLB you can only pair it with special weapons, I guess.

Yea that’s a good point, maybe make another weapon to pair with it kind of like how mida mini tool and multi tool exist, but force you to use them in a pair.
