i would remove the e-mail address, not smart to put that on a public forum.
bans on pc are normally from 'sketchy' software on your pc. it appears as though you are from china. do you run a network accelerator? if so, those are against the rules as they trigger the anti-cheat software because it looks like network manipulation which is against the rules.
also, use any other cheat software, even for other games? macros? aimbots?

If Chinese players want to play this game, they can only use accelerators, otherwise they can't play it without using macros. If it's cheating, they can directly send a Chinese IP address. We Chinese players say that as long as we see the Chinese IP address, Bungie doesn't care. This sentence has also been discussed by us, but we didn't expect it to be true

That’s factually inaccurate. Network accelerators do not change the IP of a connection or a machine. They reuse packets from the inbound network traffic on the system, causing the traffic to not require these reused packets. so you've discussed it with others and came to your own conclusion that bungie doesn't care as long as it's 'just chinese IP's'? now when you find out they actually do and you've been banned for it you are shocked and want to know why? i'm having a real hard time not laughing even harder than i already have at your trying to justify your cheating....
