i would remove the e-mail address, not smart to put that on a public forum. bans on pc are normally from 'sketchy' software on your pc. it appears as though you are from china. do you run a network accelerator? if so, those are against the rules as they trigger the anti-cheat software because it looks like network manipulation which is against the rules. also, use any other cheat software, even for other games? macros? aimbots?
