Rampage is a shadow of itself. Breakneck is still a top-tier auto rifle.

No. It’s pretty much dog poop nowadays. Nowhere near usable in any activity other than bounty XP farming. It was “okay” at best when it first came out. Titan with the chest piece and Breakneck was actually usable. Not anymore. Needs a major buff.
