I think the point is it's not a big deal. It's also no one else's business. Lest they cheat in pvp of some sort. Then yeah bring the black hammer.

They aren't rewarded. They won't be able to use Bad Juju once the patch comes through.

why ban players for abusing a loop hole the creators missed, it's not like they hacked the game. the punishment of do it legit or loose access to it is extremely fair considering it was bungies blunder for allowing the loop hole to exist in the first place.

Most mmo's will ban players for KNOWINGLY abusing an exploit. They issue warnings and if your caught you get punished. Bungie has been really lenient on these type of things in game. If they plan on going the mmo route like they are saying, they need to start cracking down on these exploits and cheaters. Every game has bugs and exploits found. Doesn't make it right to abuse them. I think they did the right thing, and you still get to keep your juju. What more do you want?

Yeah, they were fine with the Chest Cheat... The people who work their should be punish, not the players but you watch... THIS will not go over well with many of the players. I have a feeling shadowkeeps numbers might be hurt because of this.

Reward only as in far as they got a slight discount on the 18 tribute part for the weapon. Honestly bad juju is just meh. If you had mats 18 tributes was no object. They still did the quest let them keep weapon sure. But emote and catalyst actually takes time and materials. But also not worth the grind. I’m not going out of my way but play a good bit and I almost have the catalyst it will still be some time for emote. But will not use either most likely.
