So watched your video again and your FPS doesn’t seem to flutter below 60 ever. If that’s the case the the issue is with your monitor not syncing to the game correctly meaning you need to take a look at your monitor settings at least with destiny.

Nope that's not it, it works fine until you've been in a patrol zone for a while I'm also running gsync so it doesn't matter. Returning to orbit or restarting the game fixes it and it returns after 30 ish mins. I get that you're trying to help but unless you're using a high refresh monitor yourself without/with issues then your input sadly isn't worth much. Bungie claimed the stuttering over time has been fixed but this is clearly not true. Strikes run without issues.

Edited by Fluidz: 4/9/2019 3:43:33 AM+1 This explains what I see with my xb271hu, in patrol zones. Setting the monitor to default factory settings made no difference. Returning to orbit fixes the stuttering instantly.
