It’s RNG.
I got mine on my 1st normal run on my warlock.
Check my history. I didn’t farm the nightfall.

It astounds me that people say, it's RNG. Yeah, its a random number. Which still implies chance and odds which is probability and therefore high score confirmed by Bungie is a way to improve your odds of it dropping. Probability, Chance, Odds, Math. RNG is not a blanket argument anymore. Learn something.
