It’s basically a “one step forward one step back” scenario for me. I get paired up with a good team and we win. Then we get broken up and I promptly get matched with a bad team and lose. I really wish Bungie would invest in a solo competitive mode. I can’t tell you how many 4 stacks I’ve come across. As a side note: I also really wish the winning team would stop getting separated after a game. According to Bungie this game is about making new friends. You could make that much easier by not breaking teams that work well together.
