The best way to lose weight is to get your legs moving, as they are the largest muscles in your body. So you need some form of Aerobic activity, the best being running or jogging. (Or just start out walking) Lifting weights etc is OK, but what people tend to do is build up muscle behind the fat. So your strong but still hefty. Next is changing your diet... If you cut out Soda & Beer from your diet you'll lose 5 pounds in a month without even trying! .
