Of course it's being rushed to take advantage of the episode 7 hype. It also explains why Dice left out some game modes that were staples to the original battlefront games. However, battlefront was always a Star Wars version of battlefield. Since dice has so much experience building those types of games I'd have more faith in them delivering a half decent game compared to anyone else.
