Growing up my parents wouldn't let me drink anything carbonated. I didn't have my first come til I was 15. I bought one and let it sit out will it wasn't carbonated. It was terrible. I later tried it with carbonation. The sizzle my was the most un-enjoyable sensation I have ever felt. I HATE carbonation. I hate beer. 90% of the time I drink water. I drink a gallon a day. I occasionally have juice or milk. But I'm not mad at my parents. I'm glad I don't have the temptation for coke and junk food. (I don't like chocolate or candy for the same Reason). The past 3 years I have been very big into fitness and greatly appreciate the healthy choice my parents forced me to follow. I will never drink anything carbonated again, I'll stick with my water!

  • Drinking a gallon of water a day isn't good for you.

  • A gallon of water is one of the healthiest choices you can make. Even if your not physically active it's good for you.

  • Hyponatremia is a true risk where you basically flush your vitamins out of your body and die but again, at the level that I exercise I need a gallon of water a day. I've never heard of someone dying from drinking a gallon of water.

  • Not just that, it can cause your brain to swell. A gallon of water a day could really hurt a lot of people. Not everyone has the body or physical activity to handle that.
