They have their strengths, as well as their weaknesses. That doesn't mean they need a nerf because they're good. They're very well balanced. I'm an avid hand cannon user, I usually do pretty well, but I get wrecked by people using auto rifles all the time, shotguns and fusions at close range, and snipers at long range. If they dominated at all ranges then you could make an argument, but they don't. Don't whine and cry because they're popular and you get killed by them.

I see just as many people using auto rifles. They're getting a big range nerf soon anyway.

Well yes in the Iron Banner, but in regular crucible I see more auto rifles than anything. Just because you get wrecked by them doesn't mean they're overpowered. I get killed by TLW and Thorn regularly, but I don't run to the forums and cry "overpowered" because they killed me. I accept that I lost in that situation because they were the better player at that moment, the gun didn't give them the edge, they outplayed me or I made a mistake. Just take the loss and move on. You're entitled to your opinion but clearly no one here agrees with you. They're already getting a justified nerf soon, Bungie isn't going to do anything more to them.
