Hopefully the title didn't make anyone furious.
Think about it, you just finished upgrading your Red Death 300 damage, ready for battle. Then suddenly you have the option to do it all again.
"-blam!- it", you say, "I don't want to restart my progress!" But then you realize that by doing it all over, you unlock a higher damage variant! It's better than your current version, but not mandatory. You have to make a choice...
Yeah I know, I'm not a big fan of the new upgrade plan either, but honestly, it's nearly the equivalent of Prestiging in CoD, except you don't lose everything upon resetting, just the gear's upgrades, and it becomes better gear.
Plus, it's only exotics! How many many Exotics do you actually circulate? 2 or 3 guns? 1 or 2 pieces of gear? That's 5 exotic shards total, that's nothing! It gives you a chance to use extra material you have gathering dust, it gives you a chance to use Strange Coins on stuff you actually need.
If this was CoD, more than half of you people complaining would jump on the opportunity to Prestige and lose everything. This guarantees you a better piece gear, not a just logo that says you reset 10 times.
Give it a chance , I know I will.
Let the hating commence. But if you have nice comments, that'll work too! :)
