Biggest reason red bull screwed up, didn't put "doesn't give wings" anywhere on the cans. That's why car commercial put, "can't actually fly" whenever you see a goofy car commercial where it....well Flys!

No they lost because they claimed it gave you something it does not. It had nothing to do with that slogan the media hyped that the court found its a simple soft drink which doesn't provide much energy or anything else they claimed.
