Class Action Lawsuit
I am giving the folks over at bungie until the end of the week to reverse this last patch before filing a class action lawsuit in Santa Clara county.
Between the now constant disconnects (which NEVER happened prior to this patch), and the bait and switch of the actual content the game has become virtually unplayable.
I'll be posting a follow up to this announcement on Friday with a link to the site where interested parties can sign on to be included in this action.

2 RepliesAmusingly enough, I've seen countless threads similar to this one. There still hasn't been a lawsuit, because nobody wants to lose in court and look stupid. However, the errors are at critical now, where most players are booted up to 20 times per hour. The game being garbage, isn't really worth the lawsuit, but if you somehow won, the company losing money would definitely slow down any new DLC. (Oh wait, it's already on the disc.) Interesting post. Not sure if it belongs here though.

1 person plus a few who have these problems vs not only bungie a major studio but Activision backing them as a major corporation. You won't win. It's called bugs, code went wrong and I have no doubt they are trying to fix it as soon as they can. Games like these always have problems like these, it's nothing new and it's not enough to get upset over.

Lol, This. Listen man, there are times in life where you have these really great sounding ideas that seem like nothing could possibly go wrong. Then theres those ideas that seem to be completely fueled by hate and others that feel that same hate, and then you have rich people ideas, and broke people ideas. You have a broke hateful idea. vs. A rich idea you paid for and consumed...continuously. The first thing the court is gonna ask is, why are you still playing?
