Does anybody know how to fix this? Its been happening for 6 months and i dont know how to stop it

Been having this issue for months now but it has gotten drastically worse within the last few weeks. Have been in contact with my ISP and Microsoft, no word on a fix. I've been having the same issues. I've tried various fixes i've seen online, such as - Making sure I wasn't in any Xbox Insider program/tier - Changing sound to Mono or Stereo - Clearing Cache/profile data - Uninstalling/Reinstalling D2 - Factory Reset Xbox and redownloaded everything I seem to have it happen more when on my Strand hunter than any other class but I haven't tested that enough to know if its part of the cause
