I've been having the same issues. I've tried various fixes i've seen online, such as - Making sure I wasn't in any Xbox Insider program/tier - Changing sound to Mono or Stereo - Clearing Cache/profile data - Uninstalling/Reinstalling D2 - Factory Reset Xbox and redownloaded everything I seem to have it happen more when on my Strand hunter than any other class but I haven't tested that enough to know if its part of the cause
