Have two teams of people ones who are launching and the group who join. Basically the launch team does as it sounds they'll launch the activity and call out when the countdown hits roughly 2 seconds left, where the join team joins in as it launches. If done right you'll see the team roster increase on the right and the activity will launch. Can be a bit tricky but it's not that difficult
