This 12 man glitch adds more fun to the game! Sure performance on some platforms take a hit but this is the most fun I had in Destiny 2 since D1! Please keep in the game. Thank you!

I struggle to get 4 people.... 😂
-
I glad it will be patch before grandmaster 16th March
-
Just make it a "party mode" as some have said, deactivate the triumphs earning and the achievements, just let the community have fun.
-
You have until the 16th

5 RepliesNah it needs to be patched. Unless they take away rewards. Add a 12 man version sort of like discovery raids in division 2 and like division 2, dont drop rewards that come from that raid unless you run the 6 man raid. If it is so fun then people should have no problem not being rewarded raid gear in exchange for a fun and easy 12 man raid
-
1 ReplyHow do you get 12 man in?
-
You guys need to realise bungie will patch it 100% and come to terms with it. I am really enjoying it but I know it wont be available for much longer and it might lead to greater things and it might not, but clearly not in the near future.
-
Remove it but add it back as a secret area in dsc activate it it removes rewards and lets people join

8 RepliesThe people that want it patched blow my mind, especially people against removing the loot when it's a 12 person. Here's a little news flash, nobody is asking to make the raid require 12 people, they just want it left where if 12 friends want to mess around, who cares? It has 0 effect on anyone outside the 12 people doing the activity. It doesn't affect your drop RNG, it won't remove one of your pinnacles..... It does nothing to you. All it does, is show that your happiness is based on others unhappiness. If you see a kid playing with a toy the wrong way, are you going to walk up and take it away because they weren't playing with it "As intended"? TL/DR - If it doesn't effect you, why do you care?
-
They knew about this before us, this is purposely done. These developers can do all kinds of crazy stuff
-
You do understand why they are going to patch it right? It's not because people can use it for dungeons or raids it's because Bungie is scared that sooner or later some hacker is going to find a way to utilize this glitch in trials.
-
Unintentional mechanic. Its fun but not designed to play the game intended. Like nightfalls, which are built around 3 people.
-
5 Repliespatch. it trivializes every activity in the game.
-
Bungie should 100% patch this out. Not even a question. BUT they should create content that is designed for 8-12 man fireteams. Nothing in Destiny right now is tuned for that many people so everything is just a walk in the park, and it's easy to say have things automatically scale in difficulty but that's not really how these encounters work. Think about the big fireteam/endgame activities, specifically raids and dungeons. Those are crafted encounters and include mechanics designed for up to 6 or 3 players respectively. Theres no way to scale puzzle mechanics for a varying number of people. Either there would be 3-6 people just standing still shooting things, while half the team actually completes the puzle, or every encounter would be so extremely easy it could hardly be considered endgame content. Again, I think this should be fixed, but Bungie should consider making content that is specifically designed for larger fireteams in the future.

Edited by theValentine: 3/4/2021 5:17:00 PMWell they are most likely to patch it cause thats not how the game was made for.
-
1 ReplyPerhaps let it stay but no loot can be earned when in 12 man mode so that way it is just for shhhts and giggles.
-
That last option is so dumb.
-
Don't patch , would be a way to get more non raiders to try raids in if there where less pressure so they can learn in person what to do, first hand experience is better than a youtube video However they shouldn't get the same rewards , so just have the 12 player version only drop mods and spoils
-
Still fun even if gear doesnt drop? Thats the only way bungie would consider not patching it.
-
Patch it. Its a bug, whilst positive... Its still a bug. Rather have them fix all the bugs than miss a bunch.
-
They will patch it at least just before the next raid comes out. Or else you would see day one raids with 12 players spoiling encounters for the raid race..and also getting a completition with 0 efforts. But this bug has shown that bungie could try new activities with more than 6 players.
-
You already know it’s going to be
-
3 RepliesI'm surprised by how many want this patched. I wonder if it's because they want this to have less bugs. Or if they're just sticks in tbe mud
-
Patch it and make relevant content in relation to the activity size. It'd be nice for Bungie to show a measure of integrity and not bow to stupidity.
-
I would be happy to see an upgrade where 12-main activities are legit but don't allow triumph completions or have reduced loot drops, or something along those lines. Most people doing the raid this way already have the raid seal, or are only waiting for the exotic to drop (Eyes, why do you hate me?) anyway. It's hilarious and fun, and a great way to let clans/friend groups be goofy together.
