I feel that these "BALANCES" have been ruining the reason why many players enjoyed Destiny. This is my opinion, but i'd like to know yours as well. Destiny and it's nerfs has turned this game into something more frustrating IMO. The fact that it's turned into "play like this and you'll be META" than personal preference shows that the community hating NERFS are right to be upset. It is ruining the fun of the game, and making more about something else.

I like the pvp and I have no complaints about it. It's just a game and they do their best to balance something that can't ever be balanced.

2 RepliesEdited by U10515324: 3/7/2017 9:49:40 AMCan't believe you're actually against flinch on snipers.... Flinch shouldn't be a thing...you should be -blam!-ing descoped if someone shoots you in the face while aiming "most people are more passive with thier snipers because they know they'll be outgunned in a close quarters scenario" Uhm....yes....that is correct...snipers are a long range weapon...it's why navy seals use sub machine guns and shotguns instead of sniper rifles to breach rooms. I like your videos but shit...you must have been baked making this one

7 RepliesChanges to pvp should only effect pvp. Same goes for pve. IDGAF if my characters and weapons feel different in both aspects. The nerfs to pvp have undoubtably ruined alot of weapons, and sub classes in pve.

Edited by Young Padawan: 3/8/2017 12:21:06 AMWhen TLW had ads glitch, everyone was like " that was a glitch mate needed fixing". But when it comes to NLB, fixing "no flinch" glitch is being called a nerf somehow. This world needs a new plague.

Yes! I'm calling it September 3rd! #daywithoutagaurdian

They went too far when the community pushed them over the edge.
-
To answer your question, NO. NLB needs to flinch just like all other sniper rifles. Why do you think people "got good" with it?
-
5 RepliesOmg, I love your videos chibi. Keep up your great work
-
4 RepliesLmao "NLB take skill" hahahaha
-
They went too far a year ago. It only took another year for the situation to get totally out of control. To the point even pvp players can't deny it anymore.

Water is wet.

Thanks for stating the obvious for 10 mins straight...

The short answer is yes.

That's kind of how I feel about it at this point. I don't even want to try testing anything out in the crucible because it's still just too painful for one reason or another. I did want to complete all the bounties in IB but I did maybe 2 hours worth on Thursday and had to quit because it was so bad.

snipers are not sidearms, they used to be, sometimes they still are, git gud scrub ... that's what i'm suppose to say, right?

Shut up chibi

2 RepliesEdited by Racebum: 3/7/2017 1:00:52 AMThe bottom line to me is PVP just is not that fun the way it is. I'm not going to nitpick every single detail all I know is if I jump on Titanfall it's actually pretty enjoyable. If I go in Crucible all kinds of weird shit happens . some matches might play correctly. Some might have a lot of teleporting And that's not even getting into the weird meta In other games if something is strong you learn how to adapt to it or play it. In this one you cry on the forums and cross your fingers they Nerf it . more times than not you get your wish

2 RepliesEdited by Stea1th Vixen: 3/6/2017 11:54:29 PMNoticed you used frustrating a lot. I was frustrated using the truth during void burn strikes this week. Having to reload after every rocket was ridiculous
-
I was hearing you out until you said the nerf to snipers wasn't necessary Didn't waste another 5 mins of life after that
It is ruining the fun of the game, and making more about something else.
It is about something else. It's all about placating the biggest crybabies in Destiny......the Trials of Osiris crowd.
-
3 RepliesSince the beginning of year 1 there has been a "meta". As I have done after every update, adapt and continue to have fun. Have a nice day buddy.

1 ReplyWe paid for a game not for patches on guns, we bought a game to play where it does not feel like a job or work and it should be bought for fun...Patches should be in place for infinite glitches not what is op and it needs to be a nerf. The sandbox team messed up and I AM NOT PLAYING ANYMORE because what they patched was not a problem.

I feel that as light levels don't matter in normal crucible, perks on weapons shouldn't matter. This would negate about 90% of the issues going back to Year 1. Of course, it would cause a few problems.. But weapon balance issues like sidearm perks, shot package, rangefinder, braced frame, etc... would not exist. Archetypes can be balanced, perks cannot. Because of the RNG nature of the game, it was designed from the ground up to not have balance - ever.

8 RepliesIt's about 60% the communities fault, 40% Bungies fault.
