That's cool. PvE boots/chest of all types give you bonus ammo - the oversoul perk is in addition to the standard ones Gauntlets give reload plus a cool down. Exotic is exotic. Realistically, unless I can get better physicals, I don't see the raid gear being too much of a disadvantage compared to PvP gear unless they offer perks schedule different to PvE gear. In my case, the severe skill shortage is probably more decisive than a few cooldown points here or there.
