I don't agree with waiting that is a crappy way to be I totally hear you. But it's borne from the person who performs the worst seems to get the best gear. I can't tell how many times, as Im sure you have too, seem someone join at the end and get the best gear.

So the next time i played I purposely played horribly and what do i get still -blam!-ing blue engrams....... WOO -blam!-ing SAH!!!!. Apologies for the rant, this was not aimed at you in anyway just how stupidly annoying that this game does not justify players with skill doing good
