I actually get a little upset when the bottom of the bottom guy in crucible gets an exotic and the top performer has a dismantable item.

This needs to be fix. RNG doesn't cut it.

They don't have to get rid of RNG. Maybe just a higher chance for the winning team, and a bigger boost for the top 3.

Yes. Keep RNG. But implement a system based on individual performance that increases better odds.
