My argument? I've run through hard mode with all 29s and we've won (that's without exploits by the way)... oh and guess what, we had quite a few hunters too.
Edit: Sorry, I do believe we had a 28 in the party...

Also you might want to check your reading skills, just a friendly helpful tip for the next time you misread something. Edit: plus if you've claimed to have done it, do it again prove me wrong, show me this proof too, with this ultimate team of level 28s and 29s. Show the whole community for that matter, you can prove us all wrong. Or you could not do it and prove me right because I know it is next to near impossible for a group of 28s and 29s to have done the raid in hard. Especially your group because it doesn't exist.
