Mostly it's not a skill problem, but connection problem.
Often 1 team/ player gets the connection and most kills.
While the other 2 players don't even know what's happening, because they are a second behind.
Sometimes the rolls turn 180 degrees in one match. Example:
In Trials i didn't stand a chance in a gunfight for 3 rounds. Then suddenly like the enemy team became the bigest noobs ever and I start whiping their whole team.
Probably host was changed in de mid game. Those are known peer-2-peer problems.

I did play Splitgate 2 and it was great. But it became boring after a couple matches.
