I'm very meh on a lot of those. For the Last Word, how about this: Heated Debate: When you're within hip fire range of an enemie's weapon or an enemy is aiming down sights in your vicinity, gain increased strafe and reload speed until you're out of those conditions.

I think all exotics should basically “have” all mods equipped by the fact that they are exotic.
