I could understand that if it were explicitly stated. Tbh it would make perfect sense, the more you carry the bigger target you are.

A kind of risk and reward mechanic. But yeah, it's never been stated by Bungie that something of the sort exists. Though I honestly wouldn't put it past them trying to sneak something in under the radar. [spoiler]Just gonna slip on my tinfoil hat...[/spoiler]

Haha, I wouldn't out it past them either. But the risk reward mechanic would be cool if it were explicitly stated and not overdone. I wouldn't have any problem with it.
